THINKING OF SELLING?

By definition , a "HOUSE" is just a building, but a "HOME" is what you make of it.


Selling a home is often one of the biggest financial decisions someone will make in their lifetime second to buying a home. Every home has a story and selling it is often more than just a transaction. There are many memories that are formed and created in these spaces.


It could be as simple as a child’s first steps, the annual holiday dinner, or maybe it being your first big purchase as an adult. Regardless of how you have lived in your home, I want to make the process one that allows you to keep the old memories while continuing to make new ones.

With that being said, let’s be honest. Giving away your home is not an option. My job is to manage that transition while getting you the most-fair priced offer on your home. I have spent a good part of my real estate career in the New Home Industry.


In retrospect, all homes were considered a newly built home at one point. Why does this matter? This experience has helped me understand the individual highlight features of a home from the ground up which are essential when it comes to marketing and selling for the right price.
