I remember the other day my wife sent me to the store to grab butter. I walked through the grocery store with a confidence that was immediately met with confusion. As I stood in the dairy aisle, I realized I had forgot to ask, what type of butter. The answer may seem simple but there are many types of butter. There is stick butter, tubs of butter, spray butter, salted or unsalted. There is even one that doesn’t believe it’s not butter. What if I brought home the wrong one? It all could have been fixed with a phone call.

For most, buying a home is often like this. There are so many options that are confusing, complicated, and sometimes frustrating. Does it have to be? I would say NO.
